Welcome to our recruitment network. We connect top global talent with US-based opportunities. To maintain our high placement standards, all applicants must adhere to the following protocols.

1. The "One Job" Policy

Please review our open roles carefully and apply to the single position that best aligns with your actual experience. We value focus. Multiple applications from the same candidate for unrelated roles (e.g., applying for both "Sales" and "Graphic Design") will be flagged as spam and rejected.

2. Integrity & AI Policy

Our Skill Assessment questions are designed to test your logic and communication style. We value authentic responses. Applications containing answers generated by AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are easily detected and will be automatically declined.

3. Interview Standards

If you are selected for an interview, you are expected to treat it as a formal corporate meeting:

  • Camera On: You must be visible at all times. Black screens are not permitted.
  • Punctuality: We operate on a strict schedule. The virtual meeting room closes 5 minutes after the start time.
  • Environment: Please ensure you are in a quiet space with a stable internet connection.
  • Presentation: Professional or Business Casual attire is required.

4. Recording Consent

For quality assurance and final client review, all video interviews may be recorded. Submitting an application constitutes your consent to this recording protocol.
